The printer must have got into the offline mode due to a loose connection. The loose connection must have happened when you must have accidentally pushed your printer with a greater force. This must have resulted in the power cord being pulled out of the socket. Put the printer plug into the socket. Your printer will start working. If it doesn’t solve the problems, then you may have to check for other conditions.
